Welcome to Winning Duncan Over!
You will find in these pages the story of a Shetland Sheep dog who spent 8 years as a puppy
mill stud dog before being rescued. Duncan's rescue is only the beginning of the story
however. A great deal of time, work, love and patience is needed to turn an abused puppy
mill dog into a happy and healthy pet, and that is the story told here. If you would like
to read Duncan's full story I recommend that you start in the Archives at the left with
February 2007 - when it all began for me, Duncan's guardian. Thank you for visiting
Duncan's site, and please tell a friend!
Ta-da!
Surprise! How do you like Duncan's new Site? I decided that I have largely "won Duncan over" now and that the old black lay out with just the picture of him looking sad and uncertain was no longer representative. I wanted to show a sort of before-and-after concept of him (and Debbie) and how they have, and are blossoming into happy dogs. Thanks so much to Pattie at
In His Image for creating the graphics and layout for me. I just love the work that she does! Be sure to check out the "E-mail Duncan" graphic in the left nav, and the "Baggage" graphic at the bottom of the page. I think those are my favorite parts as Pattie incorporated Duncan and Debbie's pictures into the graphics. They're so cute! Enjoy!

Very nice, Tatha. What a great girl to post -- Faith. She is a hero to all of us. I love what you have done with the remodeling. Right there is Duncan at the mail box!!! :) He must be expecting something! Missed you at class. Anne's class is large, so she separated it. The big dogs at 11:30. Believe me there are some big dogs. I think Kasey Jones will flunk puppy class, although he held a 15 min. down. As in he wouldn't move, no matter what I did. As soon as we got outside he was off!!!!
Take Care,
Barbra
Love the new look, and sent a link to the designer to my minister to check out for our church web site.
Beautiful! Tatha! Beautiful! It shows my Grandpuppies off to their best. Proud of all of you.
